Basic Painting 1 by Amy-the-Jigglypuff Basic Painting 1 by Amy-the-Jigglypuff
I'm taking an introductory painting course (one that I SHOULD have taken before that landscape painting course, but oh well, it's all good), and I figured I might as well upload the two pieces I've completed so far. I wish I knew how to take a clear enough picture of the painting so you could see the detail. Hm. Maybe I need a better camera? Oh well, it's as good as I could get it.

It was good practice learning how to obtain the right hues and shades by mixing oil paints together. Certainly a different interface than digital art, that's for sure.
