Done not one, not two, but THREE memes at once. Aw, yeah~. The Couples Meme,
the Kiss Meme
(which seems to have mysteriously disappeared, too...oh well), and the Gijinka Meme
that I made myself! Honestly, though, trying to do all three of them separately would have made me go nuts with how tedious it would be, so I'm glad I thought of this approach.
And with this, as well as the events that occurred in the recent RPs The Point of No Return
and A Flower Worth Waiting On,
Amy and Ryoshi can finally be considered a canon couple!
Believe it or not, =ChicoChikorita
and I actually had this planned out for a few months now. Well, to be more specific, when I first joined #Pokemon-of-Avalon
and began creating this incarnation of Amy, and saw that there were actual rules for marriage and stuff, I thought it would be a cool new method to develop her character further if I were to attempt the romance genre. Of course, I was also the kind of person who liked to pick out guys myself, and I actually found three possible options I was interested in looking into...based on some favorites of mine, of course. (I won't name names of the other two here in order to protect the innocent, though I suppose I can say that they were both 2nd-stage Grass starters.) The other two didn't exactly work out, but Ryoshi did, and Cecil was interested, and the rest is history! So yeah, thanks, Cecil! And of course, we still have a lot more planned! You'll just have to stay tuned to find out what happens~.
Oh, and as for the crate that Jigglypuff Amy's standing on? It says "mikan", which means "tangerines" in Japanese. I remember seeing somewhere (like in the anime version of Sgt. Frog) where such a thing was used as a gag to compensate for one of the character's heights in a perceived romantic relationship. And yet ironically enough, Amy's older than Ryoshi...though it's not a problem at all. In fact, I think it's pretty cute~.
As of November 13, 2013, they are now officially married~!
