NPC Suggestions: Mr. Dungeon and Mr. Jail

Description

When bad Pokemon are punished, where do they go to jail? A closed-in, isolated building is acceptable; a closed-in, isolated mouth of a Pokemon, with the constant threat of accidental swallowing, is even funnier. Here, we have two Pokemon who have ever so graciously volunteered to provide such services. I've already made a ton of female characters, so here, you get two guys! And yes, this is the best I could do in PK's style. If she decides to use these guys, she's free to paint over this and make it more awesome. I'm just glad that I could finally think of a good NPC suggestion for the first time.

:bulletblue: Mr. Dungeon the Wailord has a better success rate at keeping criminals from escaping, as every time he opens his mouth, it's to suck in seawater (and new criminals), and because of the huge amount of suction, virtually no one can come out. Don't even think about trying the smokeout sneeze trick that they did in Pinnochio. It's too wet and damp in there. Just saying.

:bulletblue: Mr. Jail the Steelix may have a more difficult time keeping his mouth closed, but he makes up for that in the sheer amount of time he spends digging deep underground. Harder for prisoners to escape when the jail himself is under all those tons of dirt. (There's a different Mr. Jail that apparently lives on the moon in Part 15 of my side story, Thanks for the Memories.)

These guys have an agreement in order to minimize the chances of prisoners escaping: Mr. Dungeon takes terrestrial-based prisoners (and large Pokemon in general), while Mr. Jail takes the Water-type prisoners (and smaller Pokemon). It is said that their keyholes and keys are more for the purposes of intimidation than anything else.

so bad pokemon who do bad things are banished to be eaten by giant pokemon that will most likely result in them being slowly digested alive...
