March 30, 2013 Update: Both Neena and Amy can finally go to ANY region they want! At least, I assume that's the case for Amy too. If not, then it doesn't matter; I always planned on her only having Pluffy anyway.

Since I like being efficient with my deviations, like the Storage Meme for #PMD-Explorers, I'm stacking these for the characters that I'll actually use in #Sixfold-League. These passports are what allow Neena's family to travel to Terran Alto in order to see her participate in the tournament, so these are really helpful. It'll also record when they're allowed to capture Pokemon from other regions, too. Poor Neena; she has to deal with a pushy Taiko trying to get his face in the camera, while Amy and Pluffy are the only ones with a reasonably awesome picture.
