Pluffy was born in a Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff tribe that lived amidst the grasslands around Epicent City. But her mother was no ordinary Wigglytuff; Jukeen was (and still is) the tribal leader. She was known for her commanding personality and the sheer power of her Hyper Voice. As an Igglybuff, Pluffy always looked up to her powerful her mother was, and wished to someday be just as strong.
Though she trained very hard, she nevertheless retained a strong bond with her mother, and soon evolved into a Jigglypuff. Soon, the time came for the Battle of Supremacy, a major event whose outcome determines the status that all female Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff of the tribe will have. Given the female-to-male ratio of 3 to 1 in the species, the 1/3 who remain standing get the highest status and their pick of any of the males in the tribe, while the 2/3 who lose are relegated to low status and have tasks such as guarding the boundaries of the tribe from predators. And of the 1/3 who remain, only the single one who remains standing gets to be the tribal leader.
It never came across Pluffy's mind that she even had the possibility of being one of the 2/3 of losers, as she figured that, being the daughter of the most powerful Wigglytuff in the tribe, it just wasn't going to happen. Heck, if anything, she would even defeat her mother and become the next tribal leader herself! But her hubris made her complacent, and in the big battle, she was eliminated before she even knew what hit her.
Her pride couldn't stand being relegated as a tribal bodyguard, and she constantly snuck off to train some more. When she challenged some nearby predators to a battle, some of them slipped around her to attack the tribe, and many were seriously injured before Jukeen could put a stop to it all. Realizing what her daughter did, Jukeen became furious, and it was the last straw. She banished Pluffy, thinking that it was the only way for Pluffy to truly learn her lesson, as nothing she ever said or did ever seemed to get through Pluffy's thick skull.
After weeks of wandering, despite her best efforts, Pluffy collapsed from exhaustion, hunger, battle wounds from trying to beat up every Pokémon she came across, and the sheer agony of being rejected by her mother, who she realized didn't love her as much as she thought she did. It was only at this point when she realized the truth of what her mother had been trying to tell her, except that this time, it was far too late.
Thankfully, then 7-year-old Amy Lightbloom found her at this point, caught her with a Mirage Ball, and quickly took her to a Pokémon Center for her to be healed. Pluffy was at first suspicious of Amy, but Amy quickly proved to be very kind and gentle, and promised to help Pluffy no matter what. Pluffy soon cried with gratitude at having met such a kind person, and swore to repay Amy somehow.
She was amazed by the newness and hi-tech wonder that was Epicent City, and enjoyed learning from Amy how to navigate it, though she would regularly get carried away with dangerous stunts, forcing Amy to return her to her Mirage Ball when things got out of hand. She also got to travel to such faraway places as Terran Alto, and loved meeting new Pokémon (and figuring out ways to defeat them). After that near-death incident with Shiba the Eelektross, Pluffy had an epiphany. In order to repay Amy, she decided that now she would train to be her bodyguard. From Professor Charles Ivory, she learned new attacks such as Thunderbolt, Psychic, and Protect, choosing to keep Mega Kick from her tribal days.
Now, the Sixfold League tournament has begun, and she loves to watch the battles on TV and/or at the actual arenas themselves. But in addition to the tournament, she's also on the lookout for a certain group of aliens that have been after Amy since Event 1, and intends to beat them up if they try anything else.
Unlike Amy, Pluffy is rather aggressive, and likes to regularly spar with other Pokémon in order to keep her skills sharp. But because Amy doesn't like it when Pluffy "puts herself in danger" like that, she has to do it in secret. Though Pluffy may not show it, especially when others are watching, she really does care for Amy very much, even to the point where she feels like she's personally responsible for her trainer instead of the other way around. She tries to help Amy improve as a person, but her suggestions may not always be the right ones.
She gets along well with Amy's mother Neena, too, as she feels like Neena is sort of like Jukeen, except that she doesn't banish Amy whenever Amy makes a mistake. Pluffy tries to be just as gentle with Danny as she is with Amy, as she likes to try and tag along with him to Professor Ivory's lab.
In terms of Pokémon, Pluffy has a friendly rivalry with Taiko, is more annoyed by Sigma's rapping behavior, and gets along reasonably well with the rest of Neena's Pokémon. She actually isn't that afraid of Fighting-type Pokémon (even Machamp and Conkeldurr), confident that her Psychic move can handle them.
When it comes to romance, Pluffy was the self-proclaimed master of her tribe...at attracting the attention of boys, anyway. She's a little too forward, silly, and aggressive in this area, though, as KEEPING their attention is something that she fails very much at. (Kind of like Bisharp from Team Nighty Knights before he met Tori.)
To protect Amy and maintain their precious friendship for as long as she can, to become strong enough to handle any enemy that might come their way, to find out why those aliens chase after Amy, and to one day prove to her mother that she's better than she ever was before.

This sounds like a relly badass Jigglypuff.
looking foward to storys about this charicter.
